- Masters in Nautical Science and Navigation by Escola Superior Náutica Infante D. Henrique and two post-graduations in ports management and maritime law, amongst many other certifications
Frederico da Silva has a vast experience in the maritime industry. With over 28 years of experience, he has been involved in most of the sectors of this activity, from containers to dry bulk, from scientific vessels to commercial diving.
He has been the Harbour Master for the ports of Maputo and Matola since 2014.
